I have been a licensed Professional Inspector for over 10 years. I worked as a construction manager for a large home builder for 5 years before starting my Inspection career. As a construction manager, I supervised the building of houses from the ground up.
I encourage homebuyers to attend and walk along on the inspection. I believe the inspection can be a valuable learning tool for buyers. I can point out not only defects in the house, but give maintenance tips that can save them headaches later on.
I report on the condition of the house in a professional manner, that gives the buyers information in a straight forward report. The buyers can then use this report to get the best possible deal on the house they are buying.
I have been married 31 years to my wife Monica. We have two kids, Ryan, who graduated from St. Edward’s University and Stephanie, who is a junior at UH Downtown.
